If you are ordering any Pre-Order items together with non pre-order, please be aware your order will be placed on hold until ALL items become available and shipped together. If you would like any items sent separately to your pre-order items, you will need to pay for shipping of each delivery so please place separate orders.
AUSTRALIA POST DELAYS as at 01/10/2021
We are currently seeing long delays with Australia Post. It if often taking over a week for tracking details on a parcel to be scanned through and updated. Express post parcels are being prioritized so if you need something within 2 weeks, please select express. Allow plenty of time for Christmas gifts. All orders are sent via Australia Post. We only use tracked parcel post, either standard or express. Within Australia, We offer $9 flat rate shipping for standard and $14 flat rate for express. Standard shipping is free for orders over $150.
We ship from Melbourne, VIC Australia Wide and to New Zealand. For estimated delivery timeframes, please check the Australia Post website.
Shipping costs to NZ is $16 for parcel <1kg (equates to 1 doll & outfit or just clothing) and $25 >1kg.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs, with the exception of made-to-order items.
Made-to-order items can take up to 2-weeks before being shipped.
Due to Covid restrictions, express post is no longer guaranteed next day delivery, however parcels are generally getting delivered within 2 - 4 business days, depending on the destination. Again, check Aus Post website for current delivery time estimates.

We do not offer local pick up.
If your product is faulty in anyway please contact us immediately. We will require photos that clearly show the fault. If we agree the fault is ours we will happily accept the product back for a full refund and we will cover the return shipping cost, however it will be the customer's responsibility to package the item ready to ship. Our shipping satchels can be reused if they are cut open along the top and old shipping label is removed. We will send you a new shipping label to print and attach.
We accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, however return post and/or re-post will be at the customers expense. The product must be in it's original condition and packaging, and a refund will only be granted once we have received the original product back and have inspected it closely. Please choose your product carefully and refer to the size guide before the purchase of any children's wear.
